Some creators are reporting that their videos are no longer appearing in upper carousel placement, even though brand and customer videos still show up.
Our guess? Amazon’s running cohort-based A/B tests—assigning shoppers to different product page experiences. Some show influencer content; some don’t.
What’s Happening:
- FF has a fix for the bug that stopped upper placement from appearing in dashboards.
- That fix is being tested and should roll out soon!
- If you’re seeing zero uppers, try logging out of your influencer profile or checking in an incognito window.
